Samsung Electronics Corporation Philippines recently launched its first Samsung Air Conditioner Training Center in the country.
The training center will ensure the company’s quality service to its clients and likewise strengthen its relationship with partner dealers and technicians. Through the training center, Samsung aims to bring genuine change to people’s lives and provide a more than satisfactory consumer experience.
“We at Samsung recognize the great opportunities in the air conditioning industry. By being able to point out areas we could improve upon, it shows that we are committed to bridge the gap and provide support and service quality to consumers,” says Harry Lee, president and managing director, Samsung Electronics Philippines.
The Samsung Air Conditioner Training center will cater to technicians coming from partners, to educate and train them on the actual installation of Samsung air conditioners, as well as after-sales services, such as troubleshooting and repairing.
Participants will be trained by credible air conditioning experts who will combine lessons with hands-on sessions. Samsung is firm that the trainees will be well-rounded on installation and troubleshooting all concerns for every type of Samsung air conditioner, as the training center will expose them to Samsung’s air conditioning line-up for residential, medium scale, and high rise projects.
“We want to move forward and set higher standard for our services. With our harmonious relationship with our partners, we can grow together in the business, improve our services, and thrive in this industry for providing consumer satisfaction,” Jun Filart, business unit head for Samsung Digital Appliances, Samsung Electronics Philippines.
