Thinner and lighter than the previous pioneer tablet the Asus Transformer TF101, the Transformer Pad Infinity Series claims to be the world’s first Full HD Wi-Fi tablets boasting of 600 nits brightness, a 1920 x 1200 Full HD Super IPS+ display and ASUS SonicMaster technology.
Asus officials positions the tablet as the “go-to tablet for HD mobile entertainment.”
What’s more, its mobile CPU got a boost with the NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor to deliver stunning gaming and graphics visuals, fast and seamless multi-tasking.
ASUS has already been including its proprietary SonicMaster sound technology to all its products and the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity Series benefited from this move. This superb sound feature enables the enjoyment of a “cinematic audio-visuals” in the tablet.
In addition, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity Series boasts of next generation Corning Gorilla Glass 2, which renders the display with improved resistance and toughness.
Asus Transformer Pad Infinity: The first tablet to feature full-HD display
The Asus Transformer Pad Infinity has a 2MP front camera for video conferencing along with an 8MP rear camera with a large F2.2 aperture, 5-element lens and LED flash.
The design of the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity followed the design of the Asus ultrabook the Zen Prime—ultra slim at only 8.5 mm and sporting a metallic spun concentric circle finish.
Having all these hot features, the Asus Transformer Pad Infinity carries a suggested retail price of P37,995.
ASUS Transformer Pad 300 Series
Meanwhile, the Asus Transformer Pad 300 Series is the features-scaled-down –affordable-version of the Transfomer.
The product that carries an SRP of P24,995 targets the young and trendy, tech-savvy set as it comes in attractive colors of blue, white and red to reflect their individuality and personal style.
The affordable tablet already comes fitted with NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor and ASUS SonicMaster technology. It features a 1.2MP front camera for video conferencing and an 8MP rear camera with a large F2.2 aperture, 5-element lens allows for high quality images along with 1080p HD video recording.
The Transformer Pad 300 Series comes with a battery life of 10 hours, and that is extended to 15 hours once it is paired with the mobile keyboard dock.
