Lenovo has added more new smartphones into its current lineup of smartphones in the Philippines. It introduced the Lenovo A526, S660, and S860–smartphones that would fit the budgets of those looking for affordable as well as mid-priced range handsets.
The Lenovo A526 is part of the A series; the “A” stands for “affordable,” hence the A526 is most affordable Lenovo smartphone. This smartphone, which already features a 4.5 inch display and a 1.3 GHz quad core processor, is only priced at Php5,999. Other interesting features of this smartphone include Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, as well as 3G connectivity and a 5-megapixel rear camera.
It may not have the blings and features of pricey handset, but the Lenovo A526 feels sturdy and solid when held in hand and for its low price tag and big screen, it’s a recommended phone for students.
The Lenovo S660 is a mid-range priced dual SIM handset that boasts of a brushed metal finish and pre-installed with Lenovo apps for sharing files and security for your device. For a price of only Php9,999, it is already powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor, a 1 Gig RAM and expandable storage through a micro SD slot, and features a 3000 mAh battery. In addition, its 8 megapixel rear camera is good enough to capture quality shots.
Purchase of the Lenovo S660 comes with a free case that also functions as stand for the smartphone.
With an SRP of Php15,999, the Lenovo S860 features a 5.3 inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen (720 x 1280 pixels) and a huge battery with 4000 mAh capacity. It runs on Android 4.2 Jellybean OS and is powered by Mediatek quad-core 1.3 GHz processor. In addition, it also features an 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.2 megapixel front facing camera.
Similar to the S660, the Lenovo S860 also features a brushed metal finish and a sturdy and solid build. It is pre-installed with “Do It Apps” or a suite of apps that allows your to easily share files, sync data from your phone to the cloud, and also secure your device.
